A brief introduction

Hello and Welcome!

Follow along as I share my experiences with the many health-inspired products and supplements that I personally use.  It is my pleasure to share my years of experience and deep desire to help others maintain youthful vigor and radiant health.

Of Swedish descent I am a second generation American.  Born in 1944 on a large farm in Illinois I was raised on fresh garden vegetables, fruit trees and grass fed beef.   Cancer is very prevelant in our family.  My father died of colon cancer at 81  and my mother died of a heart condition at 76.

I hate being sick and I love feeling energetic!  With out excellent health life is a drag.  It should be EVERYONE’S priority.   Napoleon Hill, the famous author of Think and Grow Rich and other books, has a great way of describing success. To Hill, success consists of attaining what he calls The Twelve Great Riches of Life. So what are those Twelve Great Riches of Life? According to Hill, they are:

1) a positive mental attitude
2) sound physical health
3) harmony in human relationships
4) freedom from fear
5) the hope of achievement
6) the capacity for faith
7) a willingness to share one’s blessings
8) a labor of love
9) an open mind on all subjects
10) self-discipline
11) the capacity to understand people
12) financial security.

Notice that SOUND PHYSICAL HEALTH is number 2 on Napoleon Hill’s list.  So, could we conclude that with a positive mental attitude and sound physical health, then all the others naturally fall into place?  Memorize this list and teach it to your grand children.  It is the key to a blessed, happy life.

My intent is to share the products and supplements that I use and the results I am getting with you.  Please feel free to post comments or share your thoughts.

There is one quality which preeminently distinguishes people of truth from the people of self, and that is humility. Not only to be free from vanity, stubbornness, and egotism but to regard one’s own opinions as of no value, this indeed is true humility.

Cultivate your heart. Water it continually with unselfish love and deep-felt pity, and strive to shut out from it all thoughts and feelings that are not in accordance with love. Return good for evil, love for hatred, gentleness for ill-treatment, and remain silent when attacked. So shall you transmute all your selfish desires into the pure gold of love, and self will disappear in truth. So you will walk blamelessly, yoked with the easy yoke of lowliness and clothed with the divine garment of humility.
